摘要: 氧化锌避雷器的常规直流试验,通常需要将避雷器一次侧高压引线拆除,而500 kV氧化锌避雷器为3节叠装式结构,高度较高;加之引线沉重,拆除避雷器高压引线工作量较大,会耗去大量的检修工期,同时也会增加安全风险和检修成本。以某水电站为例,对其500 kV氧化锌避雷器拆引线和不拆引线的直流试验方法进行了介绍,并对其试验数据展开了分析比对。分析结果表明,不拆引线的试验方法能够满足试验规程的要求。

Abstract: In routine direct current test of zinc oxide arrester, it is necessary to disconnect the high voltage lead from the primary winding. Due to the large height of the 3-laminative structure and the heavy lead weight of the 500 kV zinc oxide arrester, it is labor and time consuming to disconnect the high voltage lead in maintenance, which also increases safety risk and maintenance costs. Taking a hydropower station as an example, the direct current test methods of the 500 kV zinc oxide arrester with and without disconnecting the leads are introduced. The comparison and analysis of the test figures of the two methods reveal that the method without disconnecting the lead is able to meet the requirements of test specifications.
