Abstract:

Treatment for large barrier lake is a difficult problem in emergency rescue mission, and the scientific and reasonable plan and construction organization is the key to safe and fast treatment. In combination with engineering cases, the plan and construction organization applied in the treatment of Hongshiyan Barrier Lake in Ludian County of Yunnan Province are summarized; moreover, it makes an extension exploration for a series of technical issues in the risk treatment of natural disaster, including the selection and optimization of emergency rescue techniques, construction organization method, construction machinery selection and disaster information acquisition. 
