摘要: 基于CATIA参数化建模的研究成果,在三维模型的基础上对钢闸门进行工程分析。将得到的闸门应力、位移大小及分布情况,对比工程及规范要求,分析闸门的结构形式及各部件尺寸是否合理,并结合分析结果调整三维模型参数,对钢闸门结构进行优化。实际应用效果表明,该方法有效提高了钢闸门的设计质量与效率,可在工程设计中推广应用。

Abstract:

The engineering analysis of the steel gate is conducted on the basis of 3D model according to the research results of the CATIA parametric modeling. The reasonableness of the structural form and the size of each component of the gate are analyzed by comparing the distribution and value of the stress and displacement with the requirement of the project and standard. The structure of the steel gate is optimized by adjusting parameters of the 3D model. The practical application showed that the design quality and efficiency can be improved by using this method. 
