三角门闸首底板内力计算分析

摘要: 在三角门闸首设计时,往往不计算底板纵向内力;且传统郭氏表法计算底板横向内力时是将边墩和底板分开考虑,忽略了门库段边墩厚度相对较薄的特征,这与实际情况存在偏差。为了改进闸首结构设计,提出了两种简化算法来校核门库内底板纵向内力,同时利用有限元软件建模来验证。对比分析结果可知,在横向,郭氏表法计算的门前段负弯矩偏小,门库段、门后段负弯矩偏大,建议进行多次内力调整;在纵向,两种简化算法和有限元法计算结果接近。

Abstract:

In the design of triangle gate lock head, the longitudinal internal force of the soleplate is not calculated regularly. In addition, the transverse internal force of side pier and soleplate is calculated separately by Guo's table method, which doesn't consider the fact that the side pier in the gate recess segment is thinner, inconforming with. practical condition, so the result is not accurate. In order to improve the lock head structure design, two simplified methods were put forward to check the longitudinal internal force of soleplate inside the gate chamber, and the finite element software was used for calculation and comparison. The analysis result show that in the transverse direction, the bending moment of front segment calculated by Guo's table method is smaller, and the bending moment of gate recess segment and the back segment is larger, so the internal force should be adjusted many times. In longitudinal direction, the calculation results of the simplified methods and finite element method are close.
