摘要: 弧形闸门具有启闭力小、过流流态好等优点,但在高淹没度条件下启闭时,水流脉动压力会对门体的安全运行造成极不利的影响。结合某水利枢纽工程实例,利用有限元软件对闸门结构静动力、自振特性、脉动压力频谱等进行了分析。结果显示,各工况条件下的闸门应力均在材料强度的允许范围内,且闸门各方向的位移均较小,表明闸门结构的强度和刚度均可满足设计要求。

Abstract:

The radial gate has the advantages of small opening-closing force and good over-flow regime. However, when the gate is opened and closed under high submergence degree, the flow pulsation pressure will exert adverse impacts on the safety operation of the gate. Taking an example of a water conservancy project, the finite element software was adopted to analyze the static and dynamic stress condition, natural vibration characteristics and fluctuating pressure spectrum of the gate. The analysis results show that the gate stress is in the allowable range of material strength under the various working conditions, and the displacement is small in all directions, which indicates that the strength and stiffness of the gate meet the requirements.
