Abstract:

The construction of water ecological civilization is the top task of current water conservancy engineering, which is also the solution for the problems such as water shortage, water pollution and water ecological deterioration. Based on the practices of 32 pilot cities of water ecological civilization construction in Yangtze River Basin, the distribution of the pilot cities, construction content and adopted measures are introduced, and the existing problems and causes during the development of water ecological civilization are analyzed, so the suggestions to improve and promote the water ecological civilization construction is put forward, so as to provide the reference and guidance for water ecological civilization construction in Yangtze River Basin. 
