漳河水库三维仿真管理信息系统设计与实现

摘要: 为有效促进漳河水库水资源管理的现代化,基于Skyline平台构建了漳河水库三维场景,建立了交互式展示漳河水库库区地理形态及建筑物的三维可视化平台。以该平台为基础,对漳河工程管理局已有的水雨情监测系统、大坝安全监测系统、闸控监测系统、洪水预报系统、视频监控系统、防洪调度系统业务数据进行集成,实现了三维仿真环境下的工程信息、工程图档、监测数据与运行信息管理,以及防洪调度方案三维动态仿真、水库泄洪三维动态仿真等功能,提高了漳河水库工程运行管理与防洪调度的信息化水平。相关信息化技术可供设计其他水库管理信息系统时参考。

Abstract:

For promoting the management modernization of Zhanghe Reservoir, we constructed Zhanghe Reservoir's three-dimensional scene model by skyline software, and a visualization platform of interactively displaying terrain and hydraulic structures. Based on the visualization platform, a simulation information system was established, which integrated various reservoir's flood control data such as water situation monitoring data, dam safety monitoring data, gate control data, flood forecast data, video surveillance data and flood control operation data. The system realizes some data management and visualization of reservoir information data, CAD drawing files, monitoring data and operation data. The system also provides the function of dynamic simulation of reservoir flood control operation as well as flood discharge. The system has been applied in Zhanghe Reservoir and improved the level of information effectively.
