锦屏二级水电站拦河闸坝侧水封淋水系统设计

摘要: 锦屏二级水电站拦河闸坝原水封淋水系统由于硬件设施配置不合理、功能不完善,导致该系统无法为闸门水封提供充分润滑,且远程自动控制困难。详细介绍了闸门水封淋水系统的改造过程,包括水源的选取、泵的配置、管路的布置、基于PLC的控制功能设计等。改造后的淋水系统经过1 a的运行考验,满足闸门水封充分润滑的需求,符合远程自动控制的需要,可为类似闸门控制系统的改造设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Due to unreasonable hardware configuration and incomplete function, the former water showering system for side water seal of dam gate of Jinping Hydropower Station Ⅱcannot provide full lubrication, which is difficult in remote automation control. We introduce the reform process of the water seal showering system in detail, such as water sources selection, pump configuration, pipe arrangement and controlling function design based on PLC, etc. The present water showering system has experienced the one-year operation test, indicating that it can meet the demands of full lubrication and remote automation control, which can be helpful to similar gate reform design.
