摘要: 大坝混凝土因温降引起的收缩开裂一直是困扰工程技术人员的世界性难题。依托三峡工程,中国建筑材料科学研究总院与中国长江三峡集团公司等单位合作,开展了大量的科学研究和管理模式的创新。在科技创新方面,开发出大型水电工程专用微膨胀高镁中热水泥的制备与应用技术,为大坝混凝土温控防裂提供新思路;在管理创新方面,在国内外首次创建了水电工程水泥混凝土材料质量保障体系,为保证我国大型水电工程建设质量起到重要作用。

Abstract:

Shrinkage cracking of dam concrete caused by temperature drop is a worldwide problem for engineers and technicians. Based on Three Gorges Project, scientific research and management innovation were carried out by China Building Materials Academy and China Three Gorges Corporation. The micro-expansive moderate heat cement with high magnesium content and its application technology were developed, which provided a new idea for temperature control and anti-cracking of dam concrete. In management innovation, a Quality Assurance System (QAS) was initiated for cement concrete materials used in hydropower projects, which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of hydropower projects.
