小农水预制U型槽内外压强度的统计分析与应用

摘要: U型槽在小型灌排渠防渗衬砌工程中占主导地位,其内外压强度是衡量其制作质量的一个重要指标。以江西省各市2011~2012年生产的主要型号U型槽内外压强度检测数据为研究对象,分别采用Shapiro-Wilk、D.Agostino和偏度峰度检验及正态Q-Q图等4种方法对其进行了正态性验证。基于验证结果,构建了各型号U型槽内外压强度的正态分布概率密度函数,并进一步获得了强度保证率为95%的U型槽内外压强度值。所得结论可为全省小农水预制U型槽及其他混凝土预制构件的制作、检测技术规程制定提供科学有效的理论依据。 

Abstract:

U-shape groove is a major type of the anti-seepage lining in small irrigation and drainage canals, and its internal and external pressure strength is an important quality indicator. Shapiro-Wilk test, D.Agostino test, skewness-kurtosis test and normal Q-Q test were used to do normality test for detection data of the U-shape groove's internal and external pressure strength collected in 2011~2012. According to the results, the normal distribution probability density functions of pressure strength data were established. Furthermore, the strength values of the U-shape groove with 95% guarantee rate were also obtained. It could provide an effective and theoretical basis for formulating fabrication and detection specifications of U-shape groove and other concrete precast units in small-scale irrigation and drainage projects.
