摘要: 针对龚嘴水电站增容改造后在低负荷状态运行时存在压力脉动和噪声较大的问题,采用大轴中心孔补气模型试验方法,在1号机组开展顶盖强迫补气试验,并在真机上进行了验证。试验结果表明:选择合适的相对补气量时,压力脉动的混频和主频相对幅值均显著下降,对降低部分负荷区域的压力脉动和噪声具有很好的效果。该方法对其他中低水头电站的尾水管补气措施有一定参考价值。

Abstract:
After the renovation of Gongzui Hydropower Station, there is a big problem of pressure fluctuation and noise when it runs at low load, so model test of air supply at main shaft's center hole was used to carry out the forced top cap air supply test for Unit 1, and the test result was verified by the real machine. The test result indicated that when compensating appropriate amount of air, the relative fluctuation amplitudes of mixing frequency and dominant frequency of pressure decrease significantly, which has a good effect on reducing the pressure pulsation and noise in partial load zone. This method has a certain reference value for tail water pipe air supply measures for other low head power station.
