摘要: TBM掘进法本是一种高度机械化、精细、先进的施工技术,但当敞开式TBM面对破碎带等不良地质条件时,无法完全发挥TBM快速掘进的优势。在充分吸收“新奥法”隧洞支护理念的基础上,提出当遭遇不利地质条件时,采用主动封闭围岩的方式。即在TBM护盾保护下,将工厂标准化批量加工的环形钢构片段,利用专用安装设备快速拼装成能够立即发挥作用的隧洞支撑结构,在TBM继续向前掘进后替代护盾支撑处于临空状态的围岩,进而在环形钢构的保护下完成喷锚支护。工程实践表明,新的施工方法不仅使作业过程安全、可控,而且掘进速度可从原来的每天5~10 m提升至15~25 m。

Abstract: Although the TBM tunneling method is a highly mechanized, refined and advanced construction technology, but the advantages of open TBM is unable to give full play in rapid excavation when facing adverse geological conditions such as broken rock zone. On the basis of making full use of the tunnel supporting concept of "New Austrian method", a new support construction method was put forward, i.e. when confronting with unfavorable geological conditions, under the protection of the TBM shields , the fragments of annular steel structure manufactured as required in standardized and batch production are quickly assembled into a tunnel support structure for exerting function immediately by special installation equipment. When TBM moves forward, the structure is used to replace the shield to support surrounding rock, and shotcrete-bolt support is conducted under the protection of the annular steel structure. The engineering practice proves that the operation process under the new support method is safer and also easier to be controlled, furthermore, the driving speed can be increased from 5~10m to 15~25m every day.
