常州横塘河北枢纽伸缩缝开展成因及修复设计

摘要: 针对常州市横塘河北枢纽泵站与水闸间伸缩缝沿宽度方向开展的现象,先采用分层总和法计算得出相应地质条件下建筑物的最终沉降量,再通过分析2005~2016年的沉降观测资料,得出结论:① 枢纽泵站边墩、节制闸边墩累计沉降量虽符合规范,但不均匀沉降致使边墩间垂直伸缩缝处的橡胶止水带拉裂,造成泵房漏水;② 自2012年起,地基沉降变形已基本稳定,有条件对伸缩缝漏水缺陷进行修补。通过对现场伸缩缝的损坏分析,决定在伸缩缝端部增设垂直紫铜片止水带并用丙乳砂浆将其与原底板水平止水之间连接起来,以及高压注浆的方式对渗漏进行处理,同时对泵房边墩漏水管道孔进行封堵。

Abstract: Facing the phenomenon of expansion of transverse joint that connects the sluice and the pumping station at Hengtang River water complex, Changzhou, we apply the layerwise summation method to figure out the final settlement of the structures, then the subsidence observation data during 2005~2016 are analyzed. Through the comparison we obtain some conclusions: though the accumulative settlement of the pumping station and the sluice met the engineering specifications, the uneven settlement still resulted in the failure of rubber water-sealing belt in the joints, which further induced the seepage in the pumping house; since 2012, the foundation settlement and structure deformation has tended to stable, so it's the right time to repair the defects of expansion joints. Through field analysis on the expansion joint damage, we decide to add vertical copper foil water-sealing belt on the top of joint, which are overlapped with the horizontal water-sealing belt on the bottom plate, and carry out high pressure grouting to reinforce, at the same time plug the leaking pipe near the side pier of the pumping station.
