耦合河道防汛预警机制的水电站调峰运行模型

摘要: 为缓解水电站调峰运行中未能充分保障下游河道防汛安全的难题,以发电计划为指导,构建了以协调系数为处理方式的耦合河道防汛预警机制的水电站调峰运行模型,并提出了相应求解算法。将所建模型应用于某水电站典型日调峰运行中,获取了不同调度策略的河道预警次数、弃水流量变幅总和、出库流量变幅总和3项指标数值。结果表明:协调系数影响着模型计算结果,以指标重要性排序法获取的河道预警次数有所减少,水库闸门运行压力有所缓解,可为水库调度安全管理工作提供技术支撑。

Abstract: In order to alleviate the problem that the flood control safety of downstream river is not fully guaranteed in the peak regulation operation of hydropower station, guided by the power generation plan, a hydropower peak regulation operation model that couples the flood prevention and early warning mechanism of river channel was built, which taking coordination coefficient as the treatment mode, and corresponding algorithm was proposed. This model was applied to the typical daily peak-shaving operation of a hydropower station, and three indexes are obtained, namely the river channel early warning times, the sum of the variation amplitude of the abandoned water flow and the sum of the variation amplitude of the reservoir discharge. The results showed that the coordination coefficient may affect the calculation result, the river early warning times obtained according to the index importance ranking reduced, and the operation pressure of the reservoir gate has been alleviated.
