摘要: 航道是水运的生命线,航道安全检测是水运交通健康发展不可缺少的一部分。随着近年来智能水下机器人技术的快速发展,水下机器人代替人员进行航道检测成为可能,为航道安全检测提供了一种全新的检测方式。结合航道检测的特殊需求,设计了一套利用水下机器人搭载不同传感器设备进行航道安全检测的系统。水下机器人通过搭载前视声纳、单波束测深仪、ADCP流速仪、双频测深仪、侧扫声纳、CCD相机等水下探测仪器,可完成航道障碍物探测、航道物理水文测量、水下地形与淤泥检测、航道安全事故救援以及大坝安全检测等任务,保障航道安全。系统方案可有效降低人员进行航道检测风险,减少人工成本,进一步提高航道安全检测效率,促进智慧航道的建设。

Abstract: Waterway is the lifeline of water carriage. Waterway safety detection is an indispensable part of the healthy development of water carriage. With the development of intelligent underwater robot technology in recent years, underwater robot can replace human’s role in waterway detection and provide a new detection method. According to the special requirements of waterway detection, a system for detecting waterway safety by underwater robot with different sensor equipment was designed. The underwater robot was equipped with a front-view sonar, a single beam sounding instrument, ADCP, dual-frequency sounding instrument, side sweep sonar, CCD camera and other underwater detection instruments. It can do the navigation channel obstacle detection, waterway physical hydrographic survey, underwater topography and silt detection, waterway accident rescue and dam safety inspection to ensure the safety of waterway. The system scheme can effectively reduce the risk and labor cost of channel detection, improve the efficiency of waterway safety detection and promote the construction of intelligent waterway.
