摘要: 为了解决现阶段黄浦江上海市市区段防汛墙墙后堆载控制存在管理和执行上的盲区问题,采用有限单元法和刚体极限平衡法建立防汛墙自身变形控制和整体稳定控制的双控指标,研究防汛墙墙后所允许的堆载限值。研究结果表明:防汛墙墙后堆载限值的确定应以变形控制和整体稳定控制进行双控;墙后堆载限值符合伽马分布,堆载随着距防汛墙距离的减小而对防汛墙安全的影响更为直接;市区段防汛墙墙后堆载控制量值较小。在后续防汛墙的巡查和管理工作中,堆载控制可参考文中给出的墙后堆载限值。

Abstract: There are some loopholes in the management and implementation of relevant regulations on how to control the value of load behind the flood control wall in Shanghai urban section of Huangpu River at the present stage. In order to solve these problems, the finite element method and the rigid limit equilibrium method were used to investigate the maximum allowable value of load behind the flood control wall by establishing the double control indexes, i.e., deformation control and overall stability control. The results show that the double control indexes should be used to determine the limit value of the load behind flood control wall, and the limited value is corresponding to the γ distribution. The smaller the distance between locations of the load and flood control wall, the greater the impact on the safety of flood control wall. The limited value of the load is relatively small in urban section. In the actual work of inspection and management for flood control wall, the control of load behind flood control wall in urban section can refer to the table of the limit value given in this paper.
