汉江下游平原典型区域水生态系统服务价值评价

摘要: 选取湖北省天门市为汉江下游平原典型研究区域,根据其水生态系统特点及千年生态系统评估(MA)框架,构建了天门市水生态系统服务价值评价指标体系并开展了水生态系统服务价值评价。根据评价结果可知,天门市2015~2018年水生态系统服务价值依次为714.367 9亿,752.412 9亿,684.602 7亿元和690.049 7亿元,呈波动递减变化趋势。调节服务类价值各年占比均最高,其中与水安全相关的服务指标如调蓄洪水价值量呈现先减后增变化,与生态环境保护相关的指标如水质净化价值呈波动变化;供给服务类价值中水资源供给价值量有降低,表明天门市在落实湖北省严格控制取用水量政策上的效果明显,但生活、农业用水总量的控制还需加强;支持服务类价值中生物多样性保护价值量逐年递减,物种保护力度亟待加强;文化服务类价值各年占比均最低,各指标价值量均呈递增趋势,还需深入发掘。此外,组合选取了天门市水生态系统服务中部分指标,深度分析发现,天门市仍需进一步落实最严格水资源管理制度,加大水污染防治力度,加强水生态修复。

Abstract: In this paper, Tianmen City was selected as a typical plain area in lower Hanjiang River to study its water ecosystem service value, and according to the characteristics of its water ecosystem and the framework of Millennium Ecosystem Assessment(MA), we constructed the evaluation index system. The values of water ecosystem services in Tianmen City from 2015 to 2018 were 71436.79 million, 75241.29 million, 68460.27 million yuan and 69004.97 million yuan, showing a trend of decreasing with fluctuation. The value of regulation service accounted for the highest proportion in each year, and the value of service indicators related to water safety(such as regulation and storage flood) decreased first and then increased, and the value of service indicators related to ecological environment protection(such as water quality purification value) fluctuated. The service of water resource supply value decreased, which showed great achievement of Tianmen City in implementing Hubei Province's strict control of water consumption policies, but the control of the total amount of domestic and agricultural water needed to be strengthened. The value of biodiversity protection in the value of support services was decreasing year by year, and the strength of species protection needed to be strengthened. The proportion of cultural services value was the lowest in each year, and the value of each index was increasing, which needed further exploration. In addition, some indicators in the water ecosystem services of Tianmen City were selected for in-depth analysis, and it was found that further implementing the strictest water resource management system, increasing the prevention and control of water pollution, and strengthening water ecological restoration were needed in Tianmen City.
