质量验评驱动下水电工程计量管理系统研发

摘要: 为提高大型水电站中间工程量计量管理效率,在实现在线计量签证、签章的基础上,利用组合编码技术将计量信息与质量验评信息进行柔性关联,采用改进的前序遍历树模型对合同工程量清单进行编码,结合生成树算法对总目清单工程量进行分类汇总分析,实现计量对象的质量验评前置自动审核,及计量滞后、超结、重结等实时提醒、预警功能,最终为计量决策提供支持。该系统应用于两河口水电站工程建设管理中,有效提升了现场科学计量管理水平。

Abstract: In order to improve the management efficiency of intermediate quantities measurement of large hydropower station, on the basis of the on-line measurement verification and signature, combined coding technology was used to establish flexible correlation between measurement information and quality evaluation information. The improved nested set model was adopted to encode the contract bill of quantities, the spanning tree algorithm was used to classify and summarize the total list of quantities. The automation of pre-audit for quality evaluation of measurement objects, and real-time reminding and warning including lag, overrun, duplication for measurement can be realized and ultimately offer support for measurement decision. The system has been applied to the construction management of Lianghekou Hydropower Station and effectively improved the management level of on-site measurement.
