基于Python的沉管钢壳测量软件开发与应用

摘要: 沉管隧道钢壳制造过程中有大量的中间检查及验收测量工作,传统的人工计算方法耗时耗力且结果滞后,生产效率低下。为此,设计钢壳检测验收测量软件自动完成内业计算,并用Python编程语言完成程序的开发。该软件用最小二乘法拟合端钢壳空间平面,用空间平面方程的参数计算钢壳的平整度及水平倾角和竖向倾角,用钢壳两端布设的测点结合设计偏距计算钢壳长度、宽度、高度,并生成检查验收报告及平整度分析图。最后,以深中通道项目某钢壳为例,运用该软件计算钢壳的各项测量控制指标。结果表明:该软件运行速度快,能有效应用于钢壳制造过程中的测量计算工作,验证了该软件的可靠性及实用性。

Abstract: There are a lot of intermediate inspection and acceptance measurement in the manufacturing process of steel shell of immersed tunnel.The traditional manual calculation method is time-consuming,the result is delayed,and the production efficiency is low.For this reason,the steel shell measurement software was designed to automatically complete the indoor calculation,and the program was developed with the Python programming language.The software used the least square method to fit the space plane of the end steel shell,and the space plane equation was used to calculate the flatness,horizontal inclination and vertical inclination of the steel shell,and the length,width and height of the steel shell were calculated by combination of the measuring points arranged at both ends of the steel shell and the design deviation,and then the inspection acceptance report and the flatness analysis diagram were generated.Finally,taking a steel shell in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge project as an example,the software was used to calculate the measurement and control indices of the steel shell.The results showed that the software runs fast and can be effectively applied to the measurement and calculation of steel shell manufacturing process,and the reliability and practicability of the software are verified.
