珠江流溪河沿线土壤中汞的分布特征与风险评价

摘要: 城市工业化进程中,土壤重金属污染逐渐受到众多研究学者的关注。以广州珠江流溪河沿线地区为研究区,于2016年9月在研究区内共采集到66个表层土壤(0~20 cm)样品,采用Tessier连续提取法,并结合冷原子吸收光谱仪(CVAAS)和原子荧光光谱仪(AFS),共同检测分析了采集土壤中总汞及不同赋存形态汞的含量。分析结果表明:研究区土壤中总汞含量的范围为0.029~4.496 mg/kg,其中农用地采样土壤中Hg的超标率为17.39%,建设用地采样土壤中Hg含量均小于标准限值,含量较高的分布区主要集中在公园区;此外,通过对比分析发现,土壤中汞元素主要以残渣态形式存在,有机结合态次之,而铁锰氧化物结合态最少。基于风险评价结果,可以判断研究区总体上处于轻微生态风险水平。研究结果可为指导开展研究区内土壤中汞元素的污染治理提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In the process of urban industrialization,soil heavy metal pollution has gradually attracted attention of many researchers.Taking the area along the Pearl River-Liuxi River in Guangzhou as study area,a total of 66 surface soil(0-20 cm)samples were collected in the study area in September 2016.Total mercury and the content of different occurrence forms of mercury in the collected soil were detected and analyzed by using the Tessier continuous extraction method,combined with cold atomic absorption spectrometer(CVAAS)and the Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer(AFS).The analysis results show that the total mercury content in the soil of the study area is in the range of 0.029~4.496 mg/kg,of which the over-standard rate of Hg in soil sampled from agricultural land is 17.39%,the contents of Hg collected from construction land are all less than the standard limit and the high distribution areas are mainly concentrated in the park area.In addition,it is found that the mercury element in the soil mainly exists in the form of residue through comparative analysis,followed by the organic binding state,and the iron manganese oxide binding state is the least.Based on the results of the risk assessment,it can be judged that the study area is generally at a slight ecological risk level.The research results can provide certain reference for guiding the pollution control of mercury in the soil.
