巴基斯坦N-J水电站机电设计关键技术研究与应用

摘要: 为了解决复杂的设计条件所带来的技术难题,对巴基斯坦Neelum-Jhelum水电站的特点和难点进行了较透彻的分析。该电站位于巴基斯坦克什米尔,是巴基斯坦目前最大的水电工程项目,也是中国企业迄今为止在境外承建的最大水电工程。电站最高水头为420 m,装设4台单机容量为243 MW的混流式水轮发电机组,其特点是水头高、出力大、水中泥沙含量高、引水隧洞长且工程布置采用一洞四机。结合工程特点,通过开创性的研究,解决了:(1)高水头、大含沙水流混流式水轮机的抗泥沙磨损;(2)超长输水隧洞的水流安全和检修;(3)高土壤电阻率水电站接地计算;(4) 525 kV高压电缆敷设安装和检修等技术难题。研究成果为机组的顺利投产发电提供了保障,电站年发电量约为51.5亿kW·h,解决了巴基斯坦全国15%人口的用电紧缺问题,经济和社会效益显著。同时,研究成果可为类似工程的机电设计提供技术支撑与参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the technical problems caused by complex design conditions,the characteristics and difficulties of Neelum-Jhelum Hydropower Stations in Pakistan were analyzed thoroughly.Neelum-Jhelum Hydropower Station is located in Kashmir,Pakistan.It is currently the largest hydropower project in Pakistan and the largest overseas hydropower project undertaken by Chinese companies so far.The maximum water head of the power station is 420 m,and four sets of Francis turbine generator units with an installed capacity of 243 MW are installed.It is characterized by high water head,large output,high sediment content in water,extra-long headrace tunnel and one tunnel with four generating units.By innovative research on the engineering characteristics mentioned above,this paper solved the technical difficulties such as the anti-sand abrasion of Francis turbines with high head and high content of sediment,the water flow safety and maintenance of extra-long headrace and tailrace tunnel,the grounding calculation of hydropower station with high soil resistivity,and laying installation and maintenance 525kV high voltage cable.The achievements can provide technical support and reference for such electromechanical design of projects.
