控制性断层对洞室群围岩稳定及衬砌破坏形态的影响

摘要: 与地下洞室群相交的控制性断层是围岩开挖稳定性和衬砌破坏的主要影响因素之一,亦是工程施工的主要关注对象。以河北丰宁一大型抽水蓄能电站为依托,针对2条控制性断层,以FLAC3D数值分析软件为平台,采用结构面单元模拟岩体与断层的相对作用关系,开展了大型地下洞室群开挖过程的三维模拟,研究了围岩应力重分布、变形发展规律和塑性区演化及其与断层之间的关系。采用衬砌强度校核方法,研究了断层与洞室群切割处衬砌的破坏形态。结果表明:在断层与地下洞室群围岩相交处,围岩应力存在不连续现象;围岩塑性区在断层带附近呈由开挖面向岩体内延伸的条带状;断层与洞室群相交处,断层上盘岩体的竖向变形增加,下盘岩体的回弹变形减小,在洞室的高边墙处,顺倾断层的上盘岩体易沿断层向临空面发生滑移;断层相对于围岩的滑动是导致衬砌开裂的主要原因,断层处衬砌发生以拉弯和拉剪为主、压弯和压剪为辅的破坏形式,与断层处衬砌的空鼓、拉裂、压碎、剪断等破坏形态相对应;最后,针对断层处衬砌出现的问题提出了相应的应对措施。

Abstract: Controlling faults that intersect underground caverns are one of the main factors influencing the cavern stability and inducing liner damages,and has become one of the main concerns for excavations.Based on a pumped storage power station in Fengning City,Hebei Province in China,FLAC3D software was used to carry out a three-dimensional simulation of the excavation process of the underground caverns with consideration of two controlling faults.The joint elements were used to simulate the interaction between the rock mass and the faults,and the effects of the faults on the stress redistribution,deformation development and plastic zone development were studied.The strength check method for the liners was used to study the failure modes of the liners at the faults.The results showed that:(1)The stress of the rock masses at the faults was discontinuous.The plastic zone near the fault was distributed in a strip extending from the openings to the deep rock masses.(2)The vertical deformations of the upper rock masses increased at the faults and the rebound deformations of the lower rock masses decreased at the faults.The upper rock mass at the consequent fault at the high side walls was prone to slide along the fault to the free face.(3)The slide of the rock mass at the faults was the main factor inducing the liner cracks.The failure modes of the liners were mainly the tension-bending and tension-shear failures,supplemented by the compression-bending and compression-shear failures,which were consistent with the practical failures,including bulging,pulling,crushing and shearing failures occurring on the liners.(4)Finally,corresponding treatments are proposed for the problems of the liners at the faults.
