Abstract: At present, there is no mature and effective treatment process for the concrete mixer truck washing waste water.In this paper, Baihetan Hydropower Station was taken as an example, aiming at the water quality characteristics of washing waste water from the concrete mixer truck, a new type of washing waste water treatment process was proposed by investigating the commonly used pretreatment equipment for washing waste water and referring to the treatment scheme of similar production waste water, namely sand and gravel separator + DH high efficiency sewage purifier + plate and frame filter press.Combined with the practical application of this process in Baihetan Hydropower Station, the system operation management, innovative concrete mixer supervision means and process optimization suggestions were summarized.The relevant experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
