降雨蒸发作用下掺砂改良铝土尾矿泥浆试验研究

摘要: 针对铝土尾矿泥浆自身具有高含水量、低渗透性、高压缩性、高液限等不良性质且堆存易受降雨蒸发共同影响的缺点,开展了室内掺砂改良铝土尾矿泥浆研究。通过对不同粒径及掺砂比的改良铝土尾矿泥浆经历蒸发、降雨作用后泥浆裂缝发展、吸湿现象及抗剪强度结果进行分析,并通过分析掺砂后铝土尾矿泥浆性质改良情况,以确定最佳的掺砂参数。研究结果表明:铝土尾矿泥浆蒸发量变化规律与裂缝发展相互促进,中砂组20%组别的铝土尾矿泥浆蒸发量大,同时裂缝发展程度最高;掺砂比在0%~30%范围内,泥浆内摩擦角随着掺砂比的增大而逐渐增长;在0%~20%范围内,掺砂铝土尾矿泥的凝聚力明显提高,而掺砂比超过该值后凝聚力下降。综合认为掺砂粒径为2.0~5.0 mm,掺砂比为20%最佳,研究结果为掺砂改良铝土尾矿泥浆工程实际运用提供了参数支持。

Abstract: In view of the poor properties of bauxite tailings mud such as high water content, low permeability, high compressibility, high liquid limit and subjecting to dual influence from rainfall and evaporation in the storage process, the research on indoor sand-mixed improvement for bauxite tailings mud was carried out.The cracks, moisture absorption and shear strength of modified bauxite tailings mud of different particle sizes sand and sand mixing ratios were analyzed after evaporation and rainfall, and the optimal sand mixing parameters were determined by analyzing the improvement of the mud properties.The results showed that the change law of slurry evaporation of bauxite tailings mud and crack promoted each other.The slurry evaporation of bauxite tailings mud was larger in the medium sand group with sand ratio of 20%,and the crack developing degree was the highest.When the sand-mixed ratios were 0%~30%,the internal friction angle increased with the increase of sand ratio.In the range of 0%~20% sand-mixed ratio, the cohesion of sand-mixed bauxite tailings mud was obviously improved, while the cohesion of mud decreased when the sand ratio exceeded this value.It was concluded that the slurry improvement effect was the best when the sand particle diameter was 2.0~5.0 mm and the sand ratio was 20%.The research results provide parameter support for the engineering application of sand-mixed bauxite tailings mud.
