水利工程智慧化运行管理探析

摘要: 已建水利工程点多面广,运行管理任务繁重复杂,信息化建设严重滞后,亟需加强水利工程智慧化的运行管理,最大程度发挥工程综合效益。在分析我国水利工程信息化建设现状和存在主要问题的基础上,分析了面向智慧化运行管理的智慧化应用场景,研究提出了我国推进水利工程智慧化运行管理的发展思路,并以水库为例,提出了由信息感知、传输网络、云中心、云服务平台和智慧应用等层次构成的水利工程智慧化运行管理框架。研究成果可为完善水利工程信息化建设思路、提升水利工程现代化管理水平以及推进智慧水利建设提供参考。

Abstract: Water conservancy projects are numerous and widely distributed, their operation management tasks are heavy and complex.The intelligent construction of water conservancy project lags behind seriously, so it's urgent to strengthen the intelligent operation and management of water conservancy projects and maximize their comprehensive benefits.Based on the analysis of the current status and major problems of the informatization construction of water conservancy projects in China, the design of application scenarios for intelligent operation and management was analyzed.The development ideas for promoting the intelligent operation and management of water conservancy projects were proposed.Taking reservoir projects as example, the intelligent operation and management framework for water conservancy projects was proposed, which was composed of 5 layers, i.e.information perception, transmission network, cloud center, cloud service platform, and intelligent application.The study can provide reference for improving the informatization construction and enhancing the modernization management level of water conservancy projects, as well as promoting the construction of smart water conservancy.
