濛河拓浚工程对淮河王临河段河势影响研究

摘要: 王临河段地处淮河上游山区向中游平原的过渡区域,支流入汇众多,行蓄洪区运用频繁,是当前淮河最复杂、防洪关注度最高的河段。拟开展的濛河拓浚等规划治理工程,将显著改变该河段的主槽规模及主支汊分流比,进而可能对河势稳定产生影响。采用非恒定流河网水沙数学模型,预估了工程前后的河床演变趋势,分析了冲淤调整后沿程水位及两汊分流比的变化情况。结果表明:王临河段现状处于缓慢淤积状态,规划方案实施后河道整体淤积量会稍有增加,沿程冲淤分布也有所调整。在30 a水沙系列条件下,治理工程的效果能够长期维持,且濛河分流比也未出现进一步扩大,没有主支汊易位的风险。研究成果可为工程的兴建提供科学依据,对淮河同类工程有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: The Wanglin section is located in the transition area from the upstream mountainous region to the plain in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River, where many tributaries converge into the mainstream and the flood storage areas are frequently used.As a consequence, it is the most complicated river reaches with the highest concern of flood control in the Huaihe River Basin.The planned dredging and extending project in Menghe River will significantly change the main channel scale and the division ratio of main and branch in the section, which may affect the stability of the river regime.Based on the unsteady numerical model of flow and sediment in the river network, the evolution trend of river bed before and after the project is predicted, and the changes of water level and diversion ratio of two branches after the adjustment of erosion and deposition are analyzed.The results show that the current situation of Wanglin section is in a state of slow deposition, the overall deposition amount of river will increase slightly after the implementation of the planning scheme, and the distribution of erosion and deposition along the river will also be adjusted.Under the condition of 30-years water and sediment series, the effect of treatment project can be maintained for a long time, the diversion ratio of the Menghe River has not been further expanded, and there is no unfavorable translocation between main and branch channels.The results can provide a scientific basis for the construction of the project, and have a significance reference for similar projects in Huaihe River.
