摘要: 胶凝砂砾石(CSG)是一种低强度、低弹性模量的新型筑坝材料。为改善CSG材料的力学性能,选取天然砂砾石为原材料,以不同掺量的硅灰(S=0,2%,5%,8%,10%,12%)替代水泥配制了6批试件,通过CSG试件单轴压缩试验研究硅灰掺量对CSG材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:硅灰掺量对CSG宏观应力-应变行为影响显著,随着硅灰掺量的提高,抗压强度、弹性模量呈增大趋势,峰值应变则先减小后增大。通过建立考虑硅灰掺量的本构模型,分析了统计损伤模型中5个特征参数的变化规律,拟合得到了5个参数随硅灰掺量的表达式,进而研究硅灰掺量对胶凝砂砾石损伤演化机制的影响。

Abstract: Cemented sand gravel(CSG)is a new type of dam construction material with low strength and low elastic modulus.In order to improve the mechanical properties of CSG materials, natural gravel was selected as the raw material, and six batches of specimens were prepared with different dosages of silica fume(0,2 %,5 %,8 %,10 %,12 %)instead of cement.The influence of silica fume content on the mechanical properties of CSG materials was studied by uniaxial compression test of CSG specimens.The results showed that the silica fume content had a significant effect on the macroscopic stress-strain behavior of CSG.With the increasing of silica fume content, the compressive strength and elastic modulus increased, and the peak strain decreased first and then increased.By establishing the constitutive model considering the content of silica fume, the variation law of five characteristic parameters in the statistical damage model was analyzed, and the expression of five parameters with the content of silica fume was obtained by fitting, and then the influence of silica fume content on the damage evolution mechanism of cemented sand gravel was studied.
