既有渡槽结构安全监测系统分析与应用——以四川省东风渠灌区渡槽为例

摘要: 近年来,早期修建的渡槽结构开始逐步进入病害多发期,渡槽结构的安全运行和管理工作面临着严峻的挑战。为了有效地掌控既有渡槽的工作状态,以四川省东风渠灌区既有渡槽为研究对象,同时结合现有工程结构安全监测技术,从渡槽结构安全监测内容选取、测点布设、结构安全预警与应急响应、结构安全评估与决策支持等方面进行了系统分析与研究,最终形成了一套集监测-预警-决策为一体的渡槽监督与管理体系。研究成果对国内灌区既有渡槽建立结构安全监测系统具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In recent years, the early built aqueduct structure has gradually entered the disease-prone period, and the safe operation and management of the aqueduct structure are facing serious challenges.In order to effectively control the working state of the existed aqueduct, taking the existed aqueduct in Dongfengqu irrigation area of Sichuan Province as an research object, and combining with the existing engineering structure safety monitoring technology, we systematically analyzed and studied the selection of the monitoring content of the aqueduct structure, the layout of the measuring points, the structural safety early warning and emergency response, the structural safety assessment and decision support, and finally a set of monitoring-warning-decision-making aqueduct supervision and management system was formed.The research results have certain reference values for establishing structural safety monitoring system of existed aqueducts in other irrigation areas in China.
