国产化高水头抽水蓄能机组研发与现场试验验证

摘要: 通过对抽水蓄能机组进行国产化和自主研究,中国掌握了500 m以下水头段的抽水蓄能机组技术。为了在600 m以上高水头段、500 r/min高转速抽水蓄能机组自主设计制造技术方面取得突破,以中国首座600 m以上水头的高转速高水头的绩溪抽水蓄能国产化机组研制与工程应用为依托,研制并提出了针对性较强的技术规范。在此基础上,采用了同台对比试验的模式,以促进国产化机组水力研发技术的发展,并采用了"5+5"长短叶片等创新技术。现场试验结果表明:机组主要性能指标均优于技术规范,对中国其他高水头、高转速抽水蓄能电站建设具有借鉴意义,并对中国抽水蓄能机组技术进步具有重要的促进作用。

Abstract: Through the localization and independent research on pumped storage units, China has mastered the technology of pumped storage units of water head below 500 meters and rotating speed of 500 r/min.In order to make a breakthrough in the independent design and manufacturing technology of pumped storage units with high water head over 600 meters and high speed of 500 r/min, we illustrate the development and engineering application of Jixi Pumped Storage Unit, the first homebred developed unitswith high head and high speed over 600 meters in China, introducing the reasonable technical specifications for domestic units with high head.During the developing process, we adopted the mode of comparative test on the same platform to promote the hydraulics research and technology of the domestic units, and adopted innovative technologies such as “5+5” long and short blades of the unit.The test results show that the main performance indices of the unit are superior to the technical specifications.The research results can provide reference for the construction of other high head and high speed pumped storage power stations in China, and play an important role in promoting the technical progress of pumped storage units in China.
