无砂混凝土配合比设计试验研究

摘要: 无砂混凝土由水、粗骨料、水泥等材料拌和而成,具有良好的透水性和透气性,可以用于城市建设以及河道护坡等工程。针对目前依据《现代混凝土配合比设计手册》所设计的无砂混凝土存在强度不高、孔隙率过大等不足,提出了一种新的配合比设计方法——基于椭球体模型比表面积的配合比设计法,将总的水泥浆需求量量化为骨料总表面积、裹浆厚度、水泥浆体密度的乘积,并采用适当方法对上述各项指标进行计算。根据此方法配制混凝土并进行抗压强度和孔隙率测试,结果表明:基于椭球体模型比表面积的配合比设计法结果可靠,在各方面都优于依据《现代混凝土配合比设计手册》的设计方法。

Abstract: Sand free concrete is made of water,coarse aggregate,cement and other materials,which has good water permeability and air permeability and can be used in urban construction and river slope protection projects. At present,the strength of sand-free concrete designed according to themodern concrete mix design manualis not high and the porosity is too large. Therefore,a new mix design method based on the specific surface area of ellipsoid model was proposed. The total cement slurry demand was quantified as the product of aggregate total surface area,slurry thickness and cement slurry density,and the above indexes were calculated by appropriate methods. According to this method,the compressive strength and porosity of concrete were tested. The results showed that the mixture ratio design result based on the specific surface area of ellipsoid model was reliable and superior to the design method based onmodern concrete mixture ratio design manualin all aspects.
