东方山水库大坝管道型渗漏的应急抢险与除险加固

Emergency rescue and reinforcement for pipeline leakage of Dongfangshan Reservoir Dam

摘要: 2018年8月,黄石市东方山水库大坝发生最大达0.886 m3/s的渗漏险情。结合东方山水库大坝管道型渗漏险情的应急抢险和除险加固工程实例,分析了东方山水库大坝渗漏发生原因,介绍了渗漏应急处置经历与措施、大坝除险加固措施等,并总结了应急抢险与除险加固的经验。实践表明:采取输水涵管泄水、水泵应急抽水、级配料封堵渗漏管道、坝脚渗漏出口区压渗等应急抢险方法可有效避免东方山水库大坝溃决,采取渗漏通道追挖回填、坝体防渗加固、白蚁灭杀等方法可对东方山水库大坝进行有效除险加固。根据事后地质勘探以及施工过程中揭露的实际情况推测,东方山水库大坝管道型渗漏险情的主要原因是坝体结构缺陷所致,也不排除白蚁筑巢和静压灌浆封孔质量缺陷对渗漏通道形成的加剧作用。

Abstract: In August 2018, the Dongfangshan Reservoir in Huangshi City experienced a pipeline leakage with a maximum flow of 0.886 m3/s. Combined with emergency rescue and reinforcement project for the pipeline leakage in the dam of Dongfangshan Reservoir, we analyzed the causes of leakage in the dam, introduced the emergency rescue measures of dam leakage and dam reinforcement measures, and summed up the experiences of emergency rescue and reinforcement. Practices showed that the emergency rescue methods such as discharge by water culvert pipe, emergency pumping by water pump, plugging of leakage pipeline with level batching and pressure suppressing at leakage outlet area of the dam toe could effectively avoid collapse of Dongfangshan Reservoir Dam. The methods such as digging and backfilling of leakage channel, anti-seepage and reinforcement of dam body and termite killing could be used to effectively reinforce the Dongfangshan Reservoir Dam. According to the subsequent geological exploration and the actual situation revealed during the construction process, the main reason of the pipeline leakage risk of the Dongfangshan Reservoir Dam was the structural defects of the dam body. However, the aggravating effect of termite nesting and static pressure grouting hole sealing quality defects on the formation of leakage channel cannot be ruled out.
