摘要: 乌东德水电站水轮发电机组单机容量850 MW,居世界水电第二;水电站运行条件复杂,机组设计安装难度大。针对以上技术难题,结合工程特点,从水轮机的运行条件、水力设计、结构特性、现场加工安装等方面开展了大量的专项分析研究工作,从而得到了优良的水轮机设计参数和结构;同时,通过开展专项研究,提出了基于“水轮机效率加权因子量化方法”的综合转轮开发方法、地下式联合转轮加工厂设计方案以及基于安装强度指标提高机组安装进度的方法。研究成果为乌东德水电站机组的顺利投产发电提供了保障,可为今后巨型水轮机设计提供参考。

Abstract: The single-unit capacity of the hydro-generator unit in Wudongde Hydropower Station is 850MW, ranking the second in the world, and it is characterized as complex operating conditions and difficult design and installation. In order to solve the above technical problems, a large amount of analysis and research work were carried out on the operating conditions, hydraulic design, structural characteristics, and on-site processing and installation of the turbine in combination with the engineering characteristics, so the excellent turbine design parameters were obtained. At the same time, by conducting special research, a comprehensive runner development method based on the ‘quantification method of hydraulic turbine efficiency weighting factor’, a design scheme of underground joint runner processing plant, and a method to advance the installation progress of the unit based on the installation strength index were put forward. The research results had provided a guarantee for the smooth commissioning of the Wudongde Hydropower Station units, promoted the progress of the industry’s science and technology, and obtained significant social and economic benefits, which can provide reference for the design of giant turbines in the future.
