摘要: 随着近几十年桥梁支座减隔震技术在很多国家和地区的广泛应用,减隔震支座已经成为增强强震区桥梁抗震能力的重要手段。为了使处于地震高烈度地区的高架渡槽具有良好的减隔震性能以及震后自复位性能,达到有效控制地震损伤并保证震后结构性能的目的,以普通球型钢支座为基础,研发了一种新型斜面导向自复位减隔震支座。结合新型减隔震支座的构造特点及工作原理,对该支座进行了水平恢复力试验和单槽振动台振动模型试验。试验结果表明:新型减隔震支座具有良好且稳定的减隔震性能和自复位性能,可显著降低墩顶水平力,进而减小墩底弯矩,减震效果明显,且具有较小的残余位移。

Abstract: Seismic isolation technology, a useful and important measure for improving anti-seismic capacity of bridges, has been successfully applied in many countries to protect buildings and bridges from damage caused by strong earthquakes.In order to make the elevated aqueduct structure in high intensity area have good seismic isolation performance and automatic reset function after earthquakes, a bevel guide automatic reset and seismic isolation bearing is developed based on spherical bearing. The structural characteristics and isolation mechanism of the automatic reset are introduced first. Then a horizontal resilience test and a vibration test of single-trough aqueduct with this bearing are carried out. The results show that the new type bearing has stable seismic isolation performance and good automatic reset effect, as it could effectively reduce horizontal force at the column top and thus reduce bending moment at column base while has small residual deformation.
