基于水文学法的雅砻江中游河段生态流量研究

摘要: 为推求雅砻江中段雅江站河段最适宜生态流量,对比分析了Tennant法、最小月平均实测径流法、Q90法、Texas法、逐月频率计算法、NGPRP法、ABF法共7种代表性生态流量水文学计算方法,从需水量、水文节律和生态流量满足度3方面对各方法计算结果进行了综合分析与比较。基于模糊优选法提出了生态流量计算方法适用性指数,并用该指数分析各生态流量计算方法在研究区的适用性。结果表明:(1) ABF法和逐月频率计算法计算的生态流量几乎与实测多年平均月流量相等,且在鱼类产卵期满足度较低;(2) Q90法计算的生态流量不能反映径流天然变化过程,不适用于该河段;(3)改进后的最小月平均实测径流法、NGPRP法在鱼类产卵期其适用性指数较小;(4) Texas法适用性指数最高,可用于雅砻江中段生态流量计算。研究成果可为雅砻江中段水利工程生态调度提供参考与数据支撑。

Abstract: Ecological flow is very important for maintaining the stability of basic ecological functions and river health. In order to determine the optimal ecological flow of Yajiang Station in the middle reaches of Yalong River, seven hydrological methods including Tennant method, minimum monthly average flow method, Q90 method, Texas method, monthly frequency calculation method, NGPRP method and ABF method were compared and analyzed from three aspects: water quantity demand, hydrological rhythm and satisfaction degree of ecological flow. An applicability index for ecological flow calculation method based on fuzzy optimization method was constructed to select the most reasonable ecological flow calculation method in the study area. The results showed that: ①The ecological flow calculated by ABF method and monthly frequency calculation method was almost equal to the measured mean monthly flow, and their satisfaction degree in fish spawning period was low. ②The ecological flow calculated by Q90 method cannot reflect the natural change process of runoff and was not applicable to this reach. ③The improved minimum monthly average flow method and NGPRP method could not meet the requirements of water quantity in fish spawning period. ④The applicability index of Texas method was the highest, which could be used to calculate the ecological flow in the middle Yalong River. The research results can provide reference and data support for ecological dispatching of water conservancy project in the middle Yalong River.
