基于水资源调度的崇明岛河网水动力水质改善研究

Improvement hydrodynamic water quality by water resources regulation in plain river network region

摘要: 针对上海崇明岛平原河网因水动力不足引发的水质恶化等水环境问题,开展了河网水资源调度方案研究,以改善河网水动力条件及水质状况。梳理了崇明岛内现状水资源调度模式的短板,选取河道疏拓、北湖增加排水通道、利用现状涵闸等措施作为水资源调度优化工程措施,研究不同优化措施对河网水动力水质的提升效果。通过构建崇明岛一维河网水动力水质模型,定量分析了上述优化措施对河道特征断面污染物浓度、水体更新率等指标的改善情况。结果表明:河道疏拓对部分河道的总磷浓度削减率可达6.3%~20.1%;北湖增加排水通道后,南侧河网水体更新率提高约12%~20%;启用岛内现状涵闸进行调度能够全面提升崇明岛河道整体换水效率,但进一步改扩建的提升效果有限。

Abstract: Aiming at the water environment problems caused by insufficient hydrodynamics and the consequent deterioration of water quality in the plain river network of Chongming Island, a study on water resource dispatching schemes for the river network was carried out to improve the hydrodynamic conditions of the river network and the water quality condition.After sorting out the shortcomings of the current water resources scheduling model on the island, measures such as river channel dredging and widening, increasing the drainage channel of the North Lake, and utilizing the current culverts and sluices were selected as the water resources scheduling optimization engineering measures, and we studied their enhancement effect for hydrodynamic and water quality of the river network by constructing a one-dimensional hydrodynamic water quality model of the river network in Chongming Island.We quantitatively analyzed the improvement of the above optimization measures on the pollutant concentration in the characteristic cross section of the river and the renewal rate of the water body.The results showed that: the reduction rate of total phosphorus concentration in some rivers can reach 6.3%~20.1% by river channel dredging and expansion; the water body renewal rate of the river network on the south side increased about 12%~20% by increasing the drainage channel of the North Lake; the use of the existing culverts and sluices on the island for scheduling can comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of the water exchange of Chongming river system, but the upgrading effect through further reconstruction and expansion is limited.
