深溪沟水电站站内实时负荷优化分配

摘要: 位于大渡河中下游的深溪沟水电站受瀑布沟水电站高强度调峰调频任务的影响,长期存在机组频繁启停、水位陡涨陡落等问题,常规的站内实时负荷优化分配方法难以同时满足计算时效性及电站水位控制、用水效率优化的要求。为实现实时、高效和经济的实时负荷分配目标,在保证电站运行要求的前提下提高深溪沟水电站综合效益,提出了一种设置耗水量最小、水位平稳两个运行目标的站内实时负荷优化分配模型,并基于组合思想构建负荷分配总表以解决构建总表时的维数灾问题。用该分配方法对深溪沟水电站2019年1月下旬及7月中旬的实际运行进行分析验证。结果表明:在实现电站运行目标的前提下,在枯水期降低发电耗水量0.21%,减少穿越振动区及启停次数22.2%,在丰水期缩小电站水位波动范围49.74%,减少穿越振动区及启停次数50%。该实时负荷优化分配模型能够有效指导深溪沟水电站实时调度,对类似水电站调度具有较好参考意义。

Abstract: Affected by the high-intensity peak shaving and modulation task of the upstream Pubugou Hydropower Station, the downstream Shenxigou Hydropower Station located in the middle and lower Dadu River faces many problems such as frequent startup and shutdown of units, steep rise and fall of water level.The conventional real-time load optimization distribution method can not meet the requirements of calculation timeliness, water level control and water use efficiency optimization of the hydropower Station at the same time.To achieve efficient and economical real-time load distribution objectives and improve the comprehensive benefits of Shenxigou Hydropower Station on the premise of ensuring the operation requirements, a real-time load optimization distribution model with two operation objectives(minimum water consumption and stable water level) is proposed.In the model, an idea of combination is introduced to construct the load distribution table to reduce the dimension disaster problem.Aiming at the actual operation of Shenxigou Hydropower Station in late January 2019 and mid July 2019,we prove the applicability of the model.The results show that on the premise of achieving the operation objectives of the hydropower Station, in the dry season, the number of unit startup-shutdown and crossing the vibration area is reduced by 22.2%,the water consumption of power generation is reduced by 0.21%,while for flood season, the water level fluctuation range is reduced by 49.74%,and the number of crossing the vibration area and startup-shutdown is reduced by 50%.The real-time load distribution model can efficiently guide the real-time operation of Shenxigou Hydropower Station, providing references for similar hydropower stations.
