摘要: 输水发电系统作为抽水蓄能电站最核心的功能系统,其设计方案直接影响电站发电效率和可靠性。针对当前抽水蓄能电站输水发电系统方案设计的突出问题 —— 线路设计缺少对三维空间关系的整体考虑,设计计算未与系统设计形成紧密的联动反馈关系,方案比选缺乏量化数据作为决策支撑,基于 3D EXPERIENCE 平台 (3DE),提出了一套输水发电系统三维方案设计比选流程。该流程围绕输水发电系统方案三维设计和量化优选进行功能开发分析,将三维设计与设计计算有机融合,定制开发了抽水蓄能电站输水发电系统方案设计模块;然后将该设计方法应用于 ZY 抽水蓄能电站前期设计中。应用结果表明:提出的设计方法能够实现抽水蓄能电站输水发电系统三维线路布置、联动快速计算以及多方案直观量化比选,有效提高了方案设计的合理性和设计效率,可为抽水蓄能电站三维正向设计、设计方案科学决策提供技术支撑。

Abstract: As the core function system of pumped storage power stations, the design scheme of water transmission and power generation system directly affects the power generation efficiency and reliability of a power station. Aiming at the prominent problems in the current scheme design of water transmission and power generation system of pumping and storage power stations, such as the lack of overall consideration on 3D spatial relationship in line design, the deficient linkage and feedback relationship between design calculation and system design, and less quantitative data as decision-making support for scheme comparison and selection, based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, we propose a comparison and selection process of 3D scheme design for water transmission and power generation systems. In the process, we conduct functional development and analysis around 3D design and quantitative optimization of water transmission and power generation system scheme, in which 3D design and design calculation are integrated organically, and we customize a design module for water transmission and power generation system of pumping and storage power stations. Finally the design process was applied to the preliminary design of ZY pumped storage power station. The application results show that the design process can realize the 3D line layout, linked and rapid calculation and intuitive quantitative comparison among multiple schemes of water transmission and power generation system design, effectively improve the rationality and design efficiency during scheme design, so it provides certain technical support for the 3D forward design and scientific decision of design schemes of pumped storage power stations.
