摘要: 香溪河多年来面临水体富营养化问题。为量化流域磷素分布情况,采用 SMT 化学提取法,分析了不同形态磷空间分布情况,并探讨了磷和浮游植物的关系。结果显示:水体总磷 (TP) 含量范围是 0.137~0.997 mg/L,平均值为 0.444mg/L,颗粒态磷 (PP) 是水体磷的主要存在形态;沉积物总磷 (TP) 含量范围是 427.25~2619.43mg/kg,平均值为 992.91mg/kg,钙结合磷 (Ca-P) 是沉积物磷的主要存在形态,生物有效磷 (BAP) 含量范围是 264.97~366.75 mg/kg,表层 BAP 含量比均值 BAP 含量高 25.37%,磷释放风险较高。藻细胞密度变化范围是 5.19×10⁵~7.02×10⁷ cells/L,浮游植物藻细胞密度与水体中溶解态磷酸盐 (SRP) 含量存在极显著相关关系,藻细胞密度与 SRP 的 Pearson 相关系数为 0.958。研究结果可为香溪河水环境的科学管理提供数据支撑

Abstract: Xiangxi River has always been confronted with the issue of eutrophication. To ascertain the distribution of phosphorus over the river basin, a SMT chemical extraction technique was employed to assess the spatial distribution of various phosphorus forms, and the correlation between phosphorus and phytoplankton was discussed. The findings reveal that the total phosphorus (TP) concentration in the water varied from 0.137 to 0.997 mg/L, with a mean value of 0.444 mg/L, and particulate phosphorus (PP) was the predominant form of phosphorus present in the waters. In sediments, the total phosphorus (TP) concentration ranged from 427.25 to 2619.43 mg/kg, averaging 992.91 mg/kg, with calcium-bound phosphorus (Ca-P) the most abundant form. Moreover, the bioavailable phosphorus (BAP) content oscillated between 264.97 and 366.75 mg/kg. Notably, the surface BAP content was 25.37% higher than the average BAP content, indicating a high risk of phosphorus release. The algal cell density in the water ranged from 5.19×10⁵ to 7.02×10⁷ cells/L, exhibiting a highly significant correlation with the dissolved phosphate (SRP) content in the water body. The Pearson correlation coefficient between algal cell density and SRP was 0.958. These findings offer valuable data for the scientific management and preservation of the Xiangxi River's aquatic environment.
