摘要: 水轮机组的效率是考核机组的一项重要指标,其测量方式多种多样。结合三峡水电站建设与运行经验,在溪洛渡水电站采取了超声波测流的方式,分别对东方电机、哈尔滨电机以及福伊特电机等厂家生产的设备进行了流量及机组效率的测量工作,并结合实际测量的相关误差展开了分析。分析结果表明,18声路超声波测流系统在大型水电站水轮机组中的应用具有相当高的可靠性,同时也可为机组的型式试验提供指导意见。对溪洛渡水电站水轮机组超声波流量和效率测量系统的设计原理、现场的实际安装工艺以及调试工作进行了相关描述。

Abstract:

As one important indicator to evaluate the performance of hydropower generator-unit, the unit efficiency can be measured by a variety of methods. In combination with the construction and management experiences of Three Gorges Hydropower Station, the ultrasonic measurement method was used in Xiluodu Hydropower Station to measure the discharge and the efficiency of Dongfang turbine, Harbin turbine and Voith turbine respectively and the relative measuring error were discussed. The design principles, installation techniques on site, test and adjustment of the measurement system are described. The result shows that the 18 acoustical circuit ultrasonic measurement system is highly applicable to generator-unit of large hydropower station and capable to provide guidance to the type approval test of the generator unit.
