复杂地层深孔取芯钻探事故的处理方法

摘要: 滇中引水工程沿线地质条件复杂,其中香炉山隧洞是整个引水总干线最大的控制性工程,也是引水沿线涉及地质最破碎、成因最复杂的区域,地质钻探工作难度大,极易发生各类钻探事故。以XLZK12钻孔为例,就该复杂地层遇到的钻探事故处理进行了技术总结,详细介绍了普通钻具和S-75型绳索取芯钻具在钻探中发生孔内事故的处理措施,其经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:

The geology condition along the route of Water Diversion Project in Central Yunnan Province is complicated, in which, Xianglu mountain tunnel is the largest controlling work in the water diversion project with complicated geological genesis and the geology along the route is most broken, so the geological drilling is very difficult, and various accidents are easily to occur. Taking XLZK12 drilling hole as a case, the technologies in the treatment of the accidents encountered in the complex geological stratum are summarized. The adopted measures by common drilling tool and coring drilling tool in dealing with the accidents inside the drilling hole are introduced in detail. 
