大型炼厂软弱地基PHC管桩现场试验与分析

In-situ test and analysis of PHC pipe piles treatment of soft foundation in large-scale refinery

摘要:

针对大型炼厂工程软弱地基处理的复杂性,开展了PHC管桩的现场试验,完成了PHC管桩施工后的低应变、高应变动力测试及单桩水平、抗压静载荷试验。基于低、高应变测试结果分析了桩身质量及完整性;以高应变测试和静载荷试验结果验证了单桩承载能力;对不同桩径的PHC管桩经济性做了比较分析。静载荷试验结果表明,PHC管桩单桩承载力能达到设计要求;PHC管桩桩径为400 mm时,桩长对单桩极限承载力影响较大,桩径为500 mm或600 mm时,桩长影响较小;同一桩长的单桩极限承载力随桩径增大而增大,不同桩长的增大形式存在差异;灌芯桩比不灌芯桩单桩水平承载力提高50%以上;从经济角度考虑,抗压PHC管桩首选500,桩端持力层选择强风化-中风化泥岩或全风化-中风化砂岩为宜。

Abstract:

The soft foundation treatment of large-scale refinery is very complex. In view of this condition, a series of in-situ tests of PHC pipe pile, including low/high strain dynamic test, horizontal and compressive static load test of single pile, were carried out. Based on results of low/high strain test, the quality and completeness of the pile was analyzed. The bearing capacity of single pile was verified by results of high strain test and static load test. And some economical comparison was carried out among various piles of different diameter. The results of static load test showed that the bearing capacity of single pile has reached the standards; when the diameter of PHC pipe pile is 400mm, the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile is affected by pile length greatly; however for PHC pipe pile of 500 mm or 600 mm, the influence from pile length is smaller; the ultimate bearing capacity of single piles that have the same length increases with pile diameter, and the increasing forms are different among piles of various length; the horizontal bearing capacity of PHC pipe pile with concrete core is 50% larger than that of pile without concrete core; In economic terms, the best choice for compressive PHC pipe pile is 500 type, the bearing strata of PHC pipe piles should be intensively-weathered to medium-weathered mudstone or completely-weathered to medium-weathered sandstone.
