升力做功对离心泵水力性能的影响

摘要: 分别用试验研究和数值模拟手段对离心泵内升力做功对其水力性能的影响展开了研究。研究结果表明:离心泵叶轮在相同半径下,叶片工作面的压力与吸力面之间存在压力差ΔP,由此产生升力,且随着流量的增加升力做功逐渐减小;离心泵内升力做功和离心力做功共同决定着其外特性曲线,其中,升力做功最大可达到离心力做功的90%左右,占总扬程的46%左右;在不同工况下,离心力做功基本不变,升力做功的变化则较为明显,这就决定了其外特性曲线的变化趋势。对理论计算与试验结果进行了比较,两种结果相互吻合,验证了数值模拟的正确性。

Abstract:

To study the influence of the work done by lifting force in centrifugal pumps on its hydraulic performance, the experimental research and numerical simulation are carried out. It is found that the pressure gap between the pressure side and the suction side exists on the blade of the centrifugal pump with impellers of the same radius, which generates a lifting force, and the work done by lifting force decreases with the increase of the flow. The co-work done by lifting force and centrifugal force determine the external characteristic curve of the pump, in the process the lifting force work could account for up to 90% of the centrifugal force work, and 46% of the total lift of the pump. In different operating conditions, the work done by centrifugal force generally stays stable while the work done by lifting force varies considerably, which determines the variation tendency of the external characteristic curve. The results of theoretical calculation and experimental research are compared and found to tally with each other, which in turn proves the correctness of the numerical simulation.
