摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据观音岩水电站施工现场实际及其弧形闸门位置的特殊性、启闭机液压油缸、油管沟梁安装位置和吊装起重量要求，选用了架桥机(WJQ120t-30mA3)安装溢流表孔弧形闸门。通过合理的施工布置，该架桥机快速、安全、可靠地完成了溢流表孔闸门吊装任务，既创新了安装工艺，又降低了吊装难度，保证了闸门安装质量，大大缩短了安装工期，实现了观音岩水电站下闸蓄水目标。

Abstract:

The bridge erect machine (WJQ120t-30mA3) is selected to install the arc sluice gate of surface outlet of the overflow dam of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station according to the practical field condition, the particularity of the arc sluice position, the installation position of hydraulic cylinder of the hoist and oil-pipe beam, and the lifting requirement. The bridge erect machine can lift the sluice in a safe, quick and reliable way through reasonable layout. The machine innovate d the installation technique, reduced the difficulty of lifting, ensured the installation quality and shortened the period, so the impoundment goal of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station was achieved. 
