Abstract:

In order to implement the most stringent water resources management, the present situation of water resources exploitation and utilization in Lishui District, Nanjing was analyzed. By taking the "water-saving agriculture, water-saving industry, water-saving cities" as carriers, the high-efficient utilization pattern of water resources of Lishui District was built based on the implementation of "Three simultaneousness " system and the control target of water use efficiency was set up. Through the measures of water-saving agricultural construction, adjustment and strategic transformation of industrial structure, water-saving urban construction, establishment of monitoring and management assessment system, the accessibility of water efficiency control objectives are ensured to improve the water resources utilization efficiency in Lishui District and promote the sustainable development of regional water resources.
