基于模型试验的三峡右岸电站开机策略探讨

摘要: 以三峡工程右岸电站为例,在开展模型试验研究的基础上,根据长江的实际来水量,对不同水头下不同机型的开机策略进行了探讨;同时也对不同的调度方案和检修策略进行了相应的研讨,从而得出了适合三峡工程右岸电站各种机型最有利的开机水头。分析结果表明,在不增加任何投资的情况下,多机型水电站在不同水头条件下选择有针对性的开机顺序和采用特定的调度方案,将产生更多的经济效益。可为多机型水电站增加发电量提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:

Based on the turbine model test, the starting-up strategies for generator-units under different water heads of the right bank power plant of Three Gorges Project are discussed according to the actual incoming flow of Yangtze River, and different dispatching schemes and overhaul strategies are compared and analyzed. The optimum starting-up water head for the different types of units of the right plant are figured out. The results show: under different water heads, power plants with units of different hydraulic performance should adopt specific starting-up order and dispatching schemes, which will generate more economic benefits without increasing the investment. The research can provide new ideas of increasing power output for power plants with types of units. 
