超200 m级高土石坝坝坡稳定安全系数研究

摘要: 随着土石坝筑坝技术的不断发展,建造的土石坝越来越高,但超过200 m高土石坝设计一直沿用只适用于低于200 m土石坝的现行土石坝设计规范,相关设计规范亟需完善。基于相对安全率理论计算了不同坝高、不同坡比和不同地震烈度工况下土石坝坝坡稳定安全系数,明确超200 m高土石坝坝坡稳定安全系数变化规律。取超200 m高土石坝坝坡稳定允许可靠指标4.2为标准值,计算了传统方法的相对安全率和可靠度方法的相对安全率,并对两者进行线性回归。结果显示,对于超过200 m高的土石坝,其坝坡稳定安全系数正常工况取值1.6、地震工况取值1.3,与允许可靠指标达4.2处于同一风险控制水平。

Abstract:

With the development of earth rock dam construction technology, the height of the earth rock dam is increasing; however, the design specification adopted by the designer in the construction of earth rock dam over 200 m is for the earth rock dams lower than 200 m, so the relative specifications needs perfection. The stability safety factors of earth rock dam slope with different dam height, slope ratios and seismic intensity are obtained based on the theory of relative safety ratio, and the variation law of the stability safety factor of earth rock dam over 200 m is made clear. The permitted slope stability reliable indicator of 4.2 is determined for dams over 200 m. The relative safety ratios of traditional method and reliability method are calculated, and the linear regression for the results is conducted. It shows that for earth rock dams over 200 m, when the slope stability safety factor is 1.6 in normal case and 1.3 in earthquake case, its risk level equals to that of the allowed reliable indicator of 4.2.
