摘要: 云南丽江拉市引水隧洞暗涵改建段顶管施工穿过的地层为极不均匀的湖积淤泥、泥炭等超软弱地基,顶管顶进过程中难以形成必需的导向力,顶管机头容易下沉和偏斜。针对超软弱地基顶管导向力不足的问题,重点研究了湖积淤泥、泥炭等超软弱地基的加固处理措施,提出以水泥、膨润土及黏土混合浆液灌浆提高软土地基强度及承载力的施工技术。工程实例表明,基于混合浆液灌浆的超软弱地基加固方案施工工艺简单、功效快、成本低。

Abstract:
In the construction of pipe jacking in tunnel culvert reconstruction section, Lashi diversion work of Lijiang City, the stratum is extremely uneven lake-deposition silt, peat and other super soft foundation, causing difficulties to form necessary guidance force in jacking process, so the head of the pipe jacking is easily to sinks and skews. Aiming at this problem, the reinforcement treatment measures for lake-deposition silt, peat and other super soft foundation were analyzed and studied. A new construction technology that is carrying out grouting by mixed slurry of cement, bentonite and clay was proposed, which can improve the super soft foundation strength and bearing capacity. The engineering practice shows that this newpipe jacking construction technology based on mixed slurry is simple, fast and low cost.
