三峡库区开县水位调节坝运行调度及信息化管理

摘要: 三峡库区开县水位调节坝运行调度条件复杂,且其过闸单宽流量达到84 m3/s,对消能防冲设施要求较高。从洪水预报、洪水调度、生态调度、冲沙调度等方面系统研究了调节坝工程运行调度方案,编制了操作性很强的运行调度规程。同时采用现代信息技术,研究开发出一体化信息系统,实现了对调节坝工程水雨情、安全监测、洪水调度、闸控运行、应急响应、工程维修养护、工程资料管理等工程管理全过程的信息化和智能化管理。

Abstract:

For the water level regulation dam at Kaixian, Three Gorges Reservoir area, its sluice with unit width discharge of 84 m3/s is rare, and its energy dissipation and erosion control facility set high standard for the regulation of the sluice. The operation scheme of the water level regulation dam is studied in terms of flood forecast, flood regulation, ecological regulation and sand flushing, and the feasible operation regulation scheme is established. A integrated information system is developed by using the modern information technology, which realizes the informatization and intelligent management of the whole process including the monitoring of water and rainfall information, safety monitoring, flood regulation, sluice operation, emergency response, engineering maintenance and engineering material management.
