摘要: 受地震影响,某铝土矿排泥库发生泥浆渗漏事故,造成下游农田被掩埋,水质受到污染。武警水电部队接到抢险任务后,迅速赶到现场,对险情进行了及时的勘察分析,找出了事故原因并制定了抢险施工方案。方案实施后,取得了较好的效果,保证了下游农田和水质的安全。介绍了此次事故中在原因分析、应急施工方案制定、施工组织以及后勤保障方面取得的经验,以期为今后类似抢险工程提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:
Influenced by earthquake, a mud leakage incident of a tailing bauxite pond occurred, resulting in farmland inundation and water pollution at the downstream. Armed Police Hydropower Engineering Troops arrived at the site to survey and analyze the risk situation soon after they took over the emergency rescue task, found out the causes for the accident and made out the emergent treatment scheme. The scheme has been implemented with sound effects and ensured the safety of downstream farmland and water quality. The experience obtained in the whole process such as the accident analysis, the formulation of the emergency rescue scheme, construction organizing and logistics supporting provides reference experience for similar accident treatment in future.
