摘要: 为合理确定承办方的投资回报,保障水电BT项目顺利实施,有必要进行风险投资回报率的定量研究。通过系统动力学理论(SD)识别水电BT项目承办方承担的风险因素,运用AHP和三角形分布的Monte Carlo模拟法量化风险程度值。根据利润总额/总投资的投资回报率计算方法,引用风险收益额概念,构建风险投资回报率的改进VaR模型,并用该模型对某水电BT项目的风险投资回报率进行量化分析。结果表明:通过设定风险水平置信度,计算相应的风险投资回报率,其结果与水电BT项目后期反馈情况基本相符。

Abstract:
To reasonably determine the return of constructor investment and ensure successful implementation of hydropower BT project, it is necessary to quantitatively research the return rate of venture capital. We identified venture factors for hydropower BT project constructor through system dynamics (SD) theory and quantified the venture value using AHP and triangularly distributed Monte Carlo simulation method. According to calculation method of total profit/total investment return rate and quoting risk return concept, we established a modified VaR model for the return rate of venture capital.Then we quantitatively analyzed the return rate of venture capital for a hydropower BT project by using the model.The results show that the return rate of venture capital calculated through setting the confidence coefficient of venture level is consistent with the later feedback of the BT project.
